Returns Policy


 

 Returns Policy for Consumers


For cancellation and refunds please refer to Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions which includes Notice of right of cancellation. 


If you are cancelling your order under the terms of Section 9.2.2 in our Terms & Conditions then please email a copy of the completed Cancellation Form (attached at end of Terms & Conditions) to returns@woodyness.co.uk and we shall send you a copy of our Returns Form for you to print out and return with the Goods as set out in Section 9.2.3 of our Terms & Conditions.


You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods.


Please ensure that the Goods are well packaged (preferably in the original packaging) and that you have included the Returns Form.



To return faulty or damaged goods please refer to Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions.


We sincerely hope that you receive your purchased Goods in the same condition that we dispatched them. If you have a problem with damaged or faulty goods, please contact us immediately via email to returns@woodyness.co.uk stating the complaint clearly and including photographs. We will get in touch as soon as possible to try to resolve the issue. If the Goods need to be returned to us we will email a copy of our Returns Form for you to print out and return with the Goods.
